Bean And Vegetable Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole wheat or corn tortillas
    2 1/2 c. seeded, diced tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. picante sauce
    3 tbsp. chopped, fresh cilantro
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. chopped zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    15 oz. can black beans, drained
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    cilantro sprigs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Wrap tortillas in foil; bake 8 to 10 minutes or until soft and heated through.
