Noodle Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 qt. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    5 eggs
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook noodles in salted water (1 teaspoon).
    Saute onion, celery and mushrooms.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put into casserole and top with extra cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
