Pumpkin Cake With Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 cups sugar
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 eggs
    1 can (16 ounce) solid-pack pumpkin
    1 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
    In another bowl, beat eggs, pumpkin and oil until smooth; add to the dry ingredients.
    Mix until well blended about 1 minute.
    Pour into a greased 12 X 9 X 2 inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Cool on wire rack.
