Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 tsp. salt
3 to 5 Tbsp. oil
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks, beaten thick
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation

Mix all ingredients but egg whites. Stir only until blended. Fold in egg whites.
Pour in hot waffle iron.
Serves 4.
