Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. orange gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. fresh orange juice
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
    2 c. mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix gelatin and boiling water; add orange juice. Chill until it begins to thicken. Stir in sour cream and sherbet.
    Beat until thick and foamy. Add pineapple and oranges. When set, sprinkle with coconut.
