Beef Bisquick Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 c. milk
2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. water
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease baking dish good.
Cook beef and onion in skillet until beef is brown.
Drain grease off.
Stir in soup, vegetables and milk.
Mix together the Bisquick and water in baking dish until moistened.
Spread evenly.
Add beef mixture over Bisquick batter.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
