Orange Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag carrots
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. golden or dark seedless raisins
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In 2-quart saucepan, over medium heat, in 3/4 cup boiling water, heat carrots and salt to boiling.
    Cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes, until carrots are tender-crisp.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Over medium heat, cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is slightly thickened.
    Makes 4 servings.
