Hip Padder Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    10 Tbsp. butter
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. oats
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Melt chocolate, 2 tablespoons butter and milk in double boiler or microwave.
    Stir in vanilla and set aside to cool.
    Cream remaining 1/2 cup butter and brown sugar in a bowl.
    Beat in the egg.
    Add the flour and the oats.
