Chicken Breast In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and split
    1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 clove garlic
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. broccoli
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour.
    In 10-inch skillet over medium heat in hot oil and oleo, cook garlic 30 seconds; discard garlic.
    Cook chicken cutlets, until lightly browned on both sides.
    Add soup, mushrooms and broccoli to skillet.
    Cook until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken and vegetables are done.
