Crabmeat Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crabmeat
1 stick butter or margarine
1 jar Old English sharp Cheddar
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
dash of onion salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except crabmeat, then stir in crabmeat. Spread on split Thomas English muffin.
Cut into quarters.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Chill or freeze until ready to use.
When ready to use, put under broiler until the cheese melts.
