Cake-Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 rounded Tbsp. flour
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add flour and lemon juice and peel. Add beaten egg yolks and milk.
Add stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
