Egg And Sausage Strata Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    4 bread slices, trim crust and cube
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Butter a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Slightly beat eggs and milk to blend.
    Stir in salt, pepper and mustard.
    In dish, layer in this order:
    bread crumbs, egg sauce, browned sausage and cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
