Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. peach Jell-O
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
2 c. fresh peaches
1 small container Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except Cool Whip).
Cook until mixture begins to thicken (4 to 5 minutes).
Let cool.
Pour into cooked pie shell and cool.
Top with Cool Whip.
