Mexican Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2/3 c. salsa (medium or hot)
    chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    dash of garlic salt
    1 pkg. small flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until smooth; spread on tortilla.
    Roll up tightly.
    Cut into bite size slices.
    Make 1 day ahead.
    They are better when they are a little soggy.
    Serve with a bowl of salsa to dip tortillas in.
