Sausage Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    4 c. sliced summer squash
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Cook sausage and garlic until brown.
    Drain off fat.
    Cook squash, covered, in small amount of water until tender.
    Drain. Stir squash and next 6 ingredients into meat.
    Fold in eggs.
    Bake in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
