Homemade Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large potatoes
milk
butter
salt (optional)
pepper (optional)
Preparation

Peel and cut potatoes into small, bite size pieces.
Place in pot; cover with water.
Boil at medium temperature until potatoes are tender.
Drain water.
Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of butter and a little milk.
Also add salt to taste and a dash of pepper.
With mixer, mix until creamy.
Yields 4 servings.
