Spinach Gourmet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 (14 oz.) cans spinach
    3 boiled eggs
    1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan; saut onion until tender. Add flour, stirring until smooth.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring until thick and bubbly.
    Drain spinach in a colander; place on paper towels. Press until barely moist.
    Stir spinach, eggs, salt and pepper into sauce.
    Spread in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
    Combine crushed flakes and cheese; mix well. Sprinkle over spinach mixture. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yield: 6 servings.
