Lasagna Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 (32 oz.) jars prepared spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, drained
    1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Prepare lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain.
    In a large saucepan, heat oil.
    Add onion and garlic; cook until tender.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
    In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, spinach and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and eggs.
    Mix well.
