Perky Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. cold water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water until frothy.
    Add pecans; cool well. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
    Add nuts and mix.
    Bake in buttered shallow pan at 225\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.
