Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes
    2 tins tuna
    1 stalk celery, finely minced
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely minced
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cut the tops off the tomatoes and with a small spoon, gently scoop out about 1/2 of the pulp.
    Salt lightly and turn upside down on a paper towel.
    Mix together tuna, celery, onion and mayo to taste.
    Fill the tomatoes with the tuna mixture.
