Caesar'S Fish - cooking recipe

1 lb. flounder fillets
1/2 c. Caesar salad dressing
1 c. buttery cracker (Ritz) crumbs
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Arrange fillets in a single layer in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 more minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
