Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. bag potatoes, peeled and cut up
1 1/2 sticks butter
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon
1 onion
Preparation

Boil peeled potatoes until almost tender.
Put potatoes in casserole dish.
Saute bacon, onion and butter and then put over potatoes.
Pour sour cream over bacon and then sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
