Two Bean Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. green beans
    4 c. water
    1 (15 oz.) can Green Giant or Joan of Arc garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
    2 c. cooked chicken strips (1/4 x 1/2-inch)
    1 medium tomato, cubed
    2/3 c. purchased Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Trim green beans; cut diagonally into thirds.
    In a medium saucepan bring water to a boil.
    Add greens; bring water to a second boil.
    Boil 3 minutes.
    Drain; immediately plunge into ice water to chill.
    Drain thoroughly.
    In a large bowl combine green beans, garbanzo beans, chicken and tomato; mix lightly.
    Add dressing; toss lightly.
    Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Makes 4 one-half cup servings (440 calories).
