Quick Beefaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (12 oz.) processed meat, cubed
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. sliced mushrooms or 3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cans (15 oz.) Chef Boyardee Beefaroni
    1/2 c. sour cream
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute meat, onions, green pepper, mushrooms and olives in margarine for ten minutes.
    Add Beefaroni and sour cream; mix well.
    Spoon mixture into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Garnish with olive and mushroom slices if desired. Serves four to six.
