Ruth'S Green Tomato Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. green tomatoes, peeled and quartered
5 medium onions, diced
5 bell peppers, diced
2 red peppers, diced or pimentos
10 hot peppers
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix together.
Cook on medium heat for 40 minutes.
Fill and seal jars.
