Tangy Grilled Sirloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boneless sirloin steak, cut 1 inch thick
1 to 2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. ketchup
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
few drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except steak in small saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Place steak on grill over medium coals.
Grill steak 16 to 20 minutes for rare to medium, turning once.
Brush cooked side frequently with sauce. Carve steak into thin slices and serve with remaining sauce.
