Mom'S Yummy Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk lean pork sausage
    4 slices white bread
    1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    8 eggs, beaten
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook sausage in skillet until color changes, but do not brown. Drain.
    In a 9 x 14 x 2-inch baking dish, place bread in bottom. Sprinkle meat on bread, then cover with cheese.
    Combine eggs and milk; pour over cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    In the morning, bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven until set and light brown.
