Ingredients

3 jalapeno peppers
4 green bell peppers
1 c. white vinegar
5 c. sugar
1 bottle pectin
Preparation

Remove seeds from all peppers; run peppers through blender until all juiced.
Slowly boil peppers, vinegar, and sugar 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add pectin.
Boil hard for 1 minute.
May also add green food coloring.
Pour into clean sterilized jars and cook in water bath for 5 minutes.
Makes 5 1/2 pints.
