Mexican Casserole Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Doritos, crushed
2 cans enchilada sauce
1 can kernel corn
1 can chili beans
1/2 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat in skillet.
Layer 3 times in casserole dish in this order: Doritos, enchilada sauce, meat, corn, beans and water.
Pour soups (do not add water) over top.
Cook, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then add grated cheese and return to oven until cheese has melted.
