Chicken Breasts In Polynesian Sauce(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

4 whole chicken breasts, split
4 Tbsp. low calorie Thousand Island salad dressing
1 (8 oz.) can undrained, juice packed, crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Trim
and
fringe fat, if any, from chicken.
Arrange chicken breasts,\tskin side up in a shallow, nonstick pan.
Bake, uncovered,
20
to 25 minutes, until skin is crisp and well rendered
of fat.
Drain and dissolve melted fat in the pan.
Combine
remaining
ingredients;\tspoon
over chicken breasts.
Cover the pan loosely with foil.\tLower oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake
an
additional 25 to 30 minutes, until chicken is done and
sauce\tis thick.
