Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pat butter
    1 c. rice
    1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cumin spice
    1 tsp. garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    onions and green peppers, sliced
Preparation
    Brown rice in pan with butter; do not overcook.
    Add onions and green peppers.
    Mix cumin, garlic, salt and pepper in water thoroughly and add to rice.
    Then add stewed tomatoes and simmer until most of liquid is absorbed.
