Diabetic Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    4 Tbsp. Sugar Twin
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg or cloves
    4 c. diced apples
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. dates, chopped
Preparation
    Cream oil, eggs and Sugar Twin.
    Add dry ingredients and beat. Add apples, nuts, raisins and dates.
    Bake in a Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until done.
    After a day or two, put in refrigerator, as anything that doesn't have real sugar in it will mold quickly.
