Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Soften cream cheese and spread in a small baking dish about 1/4-inch thick.
Chop artichoke and spread evenly over cheese. Drizzle margarine on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake 10 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
