Rolled Buttermilk Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Add buttermilk and mix lightly with a fork.
    Turn out on a floured board.
    Knead lightly 4 or 5 times and roll to 1/4 inch thick.
    Cut into pieces. Boil gently for 12 minutes.
    Do not uncover during cooking.
