Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large Vidalia onions
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 stick margarine
    24 Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Saute onions until limp.
    Crush crackers. Place 1/2 crackers in casserole dish.
    Alternate layers of onion and cheese. Top with crackers. Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
