Party Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices toast
2 Tbsp. butter
6 strips bacon, cooked
6 eggs
salt and pepper
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Crack eggs, pouring whites into a mixing bowl and leaving yolks in one half of each shell.
Place in an egg carton or small muffin tin to keep upright until ready to use.
Beat egg whites until stiff; season with salt and pepper.
Place toast on a baking sheet and butter.
Distribute bacon and divide the egg whites between the toast, mounding the egg whites high on each.
Make an indentation in the center of the egg whites and slip the yolks into the indentions.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake 7 to 10 minutes, until whites are browned and yolks are set to your preference.
Serves 4 to 6.
