Jellied Pigs Feet(Koseliena) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pigs feet, split
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 carrot, cubed in tiny pieces (adds color)
1 large onion
Preparation
-
Put all ingredients in pot.
Cover with water and boil until meat falls from bones.
Remove all bones.
Pour into bowl. Refrigerate until jelled.
Remove fat from top.
Invert and serve.
