Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded and unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until well blended.
    Stir in zucchini and pecans. Add dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened.
    Spoon batter into pan.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
    Remove from oven and cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
