Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag fresh cranberries, washed and sorted
    2 apples, cored but not peeled
    1 orange, whole but not peeled
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and sort cranberries.
    Core apples and cut in quarters; also quarter orange.
    Grind cranberries, apples and orange in meat grinder or food processor.
    Pour into bowl and add sugar.
    Mix well; refrigerate overnight.
    This can be made few days ahead, as the longer it sets, the better it tastes.
    This may also be frozen.
