Salsa Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies (undrained)
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. finely chopped green olives
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
    Blend all items together in a blender and blend to preferred thickness.
