Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
2 c. hot water
2/3 c. uncooked long grain rice
2 Tbsp. instant long grain rice
Preparation

Combine onion, celery, green pepper and margarine in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave, covered, at High until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3 to 5 minutes.
