Baked Salmon Molds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    milk
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Add enough milk to salmon liquid to make 1/2 cup.
    Add salmon and remaining ingredients; mix well. Place in greased custard cups.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Serve with sauce, made by adding 1 cup milk to condensed mushroom soup.
