Oven Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large round steak, cut in bite-size pieces
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 large onions, sliced
1 garlic clove
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
sprig parsley
1/3 c. dry red wine

Preparation

Combine and bake at 300\u00b0 until steak is tender and done.
