Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted oleo
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cottage cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, thawed and drained well
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation

Combine melted oleo, onion, salt, cheese, eggs and broccoli. Blend and stir muffin mix in.
Pour into a greased well 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut into squares. Makes 12 servings.
