Michigan "Go Blue Stew" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    3 medium potatoes
    4 medium onions, sliced
    6 carrots, sliced
    5 stalks celery, cut into 1/2 to 1-inch pieces
    2 cans tomato soup
    1/2 can water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Combine last 5 ingredients.
    Cut meat into 1 1/2-inch cubes into a large casserole.
    Add vegetables.
    Add soup mixture.
    Cover with foil and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
