Layered Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can refried beans
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. sliced black olives
1 small bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 head shredded lettuce
1 large avocado, sliced
1 pkg. nacho chips
Preparation
-
Cover bottom of casserole dish with warmed beans.
Layer on top of beans the tomatoes, sour cream, onions and olives.
Then layer shredded lettuce, another layer sour cream and avocado. Sprinkle more cheese on top and serve warm with chips.
