Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. yellow creamed corn
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Combine eggs, oil, sour cream, cornmeal, corn, baking powder and salt.
    Add chopped peppers and half of the cheese.
    Spread in well-greased baking pan (12 x 8 x 2-inch) and cover with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
