Beef And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    frozen broccoli and carrots
    1 Tbsp. oil
    sirloin, cut into strips
    1 onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cook vegetables as directed on package; drain.
    Set aside. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat; add beef, onion and garlic.
    Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
    In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, blend well. Cook until mixture thickens and boils, stirring constantly.
    Add vegetables; cook until thoroughly heated.
