Creamy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

3 c. mashed potatoes
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3 small onions, chopped
Preparation

Spread potatoes evenly in lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with sour cream; sprinkle with bacon and onions. Top with cheese. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 6.
