Blueberry Betty - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
2 c. (1/2-inch) white bread cubes
2 c. blueberries
4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
whipped cream
Preparation

Melt butter and mix with bread.
Put 1/3 of bread in baking dish and top with 1 cup of berries.
Sprinkle with half the lemon juice and half the brown sugar.
Repeat, ending with bread.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Top with whipped cream.
